Afolake has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Certificate in Customer Service Management from Rockhurst University, and a Diploma from the Institute of Customer Service, USA. She also has an MSC in Organizational/Industrial Psychology and is currently undertaking her PhD in Organization & Industrial Psychology. She is adept at leveraging data-driven insights as an astute Organizational Psychologist and best practices to drive measurable improvements in productivity and efficiency.
