With over 13 years of experience, he has established himself as a reliable and knowledgeable General Counsel, Company Secretary, and Service Advocate.

Israel’s career began at Victor Tukura & Co. (Mission Chambers) after being called to the Bar in 2012. Starting as a junior counsel, he quickly progressed through the ranks and became an Associate. Throughout his career, Israel has successfully handled complex legal matters and consistently provided strategic and solution-oriented legal advice to a diverse clientele.

In 2015, Israel joined Sigma Pensions Limited and served in various capacities, including Legal Officer, Head of Company Secretariat & Legal Services, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, and later as the Deputy Company Secretary of Access Pensions Limited (a merger of Sigma Pensions, and First Guarantee Pensions). As the Deputy Company Secretary, He provided invaluable support in ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, facilitating board meetings, managing corporate records, and overseeing compliance with governance best practices.

Israel holds a Bachelor of Laws and Letters (LLB) Degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School. He is a member of prestigious professional organizations such as the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Institute of Strategic Management, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), and Compliance Institute, Nigeria (CIN).

Currently, Israel serves as the Chief Programs Officer at CADsync Consults, where he has been a strategic partner and legal advisor since the company’s inception.
